Don Recker, Key Account Manager

|
Don Recker is a Key Account Manager for qualified retirement
plans serviced by Creative Planning. In early 2008 Don joined
Creative Planning after an extensive career in the retirement
plan industry. He has worked for some prestigious financial
organizations and has been recognized as the “Impact Player of
the Year” and “Presidents Club” with each of the two previous
organizations. His focus has been helping plan sponsors and plan
participants, his dedication ensures plan sponsors have the
right tools to attract and retain employees and keeps plan
participants on track.
Don leverages his past experience working with retirement plans
of all sizes to assist plan fiduciaries with the administration
of their retirement programs. He provides a consultative role
for plan design, compliance and impact of legislative updates
for plan sponsors. In addition, Don works directly with
participants to address their questions from hire to retire and
beyond. He is backed up by a strong array of professionals at
Creative Planning who can be used as resources for specialize
participant goals.
Don is currently preparing for the Certified Financial Planner
designation and is a veteran of the Army National Guard with two
tours in the Middle East.
Don graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar
Falls, Iowa in 1991. He has studied Adult Learning Techniques
and passed the Life exam. Don is married to Diana with three
children, Alec, Ava and Ariana. |
